Counter Notification
If you believe that material you posted on MidrangeHub.com was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). The counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in question unless we receive notice from the original complainant that a legal action has been filed seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We take copyright violations seriously and have a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers.
